Who may train
All training is for adults 21 and older, with an exception for active duty military under 21. We may require government ID and may decline or end training for anyone at our discretion.
Safety
Students must follow all firearm safety rules, range rules, and instructor directions at all times. Anyone who handles a firearm unsafely or ignores instructions may be removed from training without a refund.
Assumption of risk and liability
Firearms training carries inherent risk of injury. By booking, you accept that risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Praxis Training Group, LLC is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from training. Students may be required to sign a separate waiver before training.
Payment
Private coaching is $600 for a 4-hour minimum session. Ammunition is billed separately. Payment terms are confirmed when you book.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Open enrollment classes: cancellations must be made at least two weeks before the class. If you cancel in time, you'll receive a credit toward an upcoming or future class. We do not give cash refunds for student cancellations. Refunds are issued only if Praxis Training Group cancels the class. No-shows: if you don't contact us to cancel and don't attend at the scheduled date and time, you receive no credit and no refund.
